Buy Together :: Increase Your Multiple Item Orders

The Buy Together Module implements many popular ecommerce features into your X-Cart store. These ecommerce features will help persuade your customers to buy a more expensive item or to buy a related additional product at a discount. Buy increasing your multiple item orders; you can greatly increase your stores revenue.

Buy Together feature

Unlike many "up sell" and "we recommend" systems, the Buy Together module does not convolute the checkout process with extra steps. It uses one button click to add multiple products to the cart, and uses only the regular product and cart pages. This method will help you sell more buy reducing the steps to purchase multiple items, and result in fewer abandoned carts.

With the Buy Together feature you can add discounts to the products when the customer purchases multiple items by adding them to the cart with the Buy Together Now button. This module uses a custom session method to track all the items a user adds to the cart, and will delete the discount if a customer removes one of the ‘buy together’ items from the cart.

The discount you offer is up to you. You can offer a set amount off each product, a percent off each product, or you can disable the discount feature all together.

Customers Also Bought feature

The customers also purchased module is very simple to use. It will display on the product page up to five other items that customers bought with the current product. You do not have to set the products, the software does a query of previous order and calculates the top five products that have been purchased with the product that the customer is viewing.

Customers like you also purchased

When an item is added to the cart using the regular Buy Now or Add to cart buttons the customer will be showed a confirmation message that they have added the item to the cart. The customer will also be shown a list of other products that customers bought when they viewed the same products. The customer will also see a display of the three previouse items they have viewed.
